Sacred Wellness: A Journey to Well-Being

At Sacred Mountain Wellness Studio, we are dedicated to supporting each client through various stages of wellness, recognizing that their wellness priorities are special and may differ from one person to another.


Wellness is a lifelong commitment, not a quick fix. Everyone’s journey is unique, but the goal is to find balance and nurture every aspect of well-being. We can help by opening the door, you just have to step through it.


At the studio, we encourage you to explore your own version of wellness and make small changes and goals that could have a big impact on your overall health and happiness for years to come. When you are ready, we are here, for you.


The Different Dimensions of Wellness

  • Physical Wellness: Exercise, nutrition, sleep, and self-care routines that promote bodily health. People of all ages and capabilities will approach fitness differently based on lifestyle or goals. Getting started, even small, is still a HUGE accomplishment! Start going for short walks, add more veggies and water to your day, go to bed a half an hour earlier and DO NOT look at your phone before bed! Getting a massage and then going home to take a hot bath for your muscles!


  • Mental Wellness: Mental clarity, stress management, mindfulness, and cognitive health. Practices like meditation, journaling, or therapy contribute to mental wellness. Here at the studio we have so many different treatments to help, including being an ear when you need one!


  • Emotional Wellness: Understanding and managing emotions, building resilience, and maintaining a positive outlook. Many people find emotional balance through connections with others or self-reflection. Journaling is great to explore emotions. Many of our treatments will help with reflection and balancing emotions.


  • Social Wellness: Relationships, community involvement, and a sense of belonging. A part of wellness involves building strong social connections and finding supportive networks. Here at the studio we have many different classes you can join. We also have Wellness Wednesday every third Wednesday of the month where you will meet many people. Coming to the studio for a treatment or even just to shop from our local vendors allows you to be part of our Wellness Community!


  • Spiritual Wellness: Connecting to a higher purpose or engaging in practices like meditation, nature walks, metaphysics, religion can help achieve this. Most of our treatments can be categorized in the spiritual category!

  • Prevention over Cure: Focusing on wellness often prevents serious health issues later on. Healthy habits now can reduce the risk of chronic diseases in the future.
